Hi! 

My name is Scarlett.  When I was an older kitten I was dropped off at a farm with my mom and siblings.  We were all scared of humans, but when the nice people who lived at the farm saw us they started putting out cat food so I decided to stay.  I loved that they fed me, but I didn't want to get too close.  Last year I became a young mom of two litters of kittens.  The people who lived at the farm contacted The Kitten Nursery to help with my first litter of kittens.  They were scared wild animals might hurt my kittens.  They tried to catch me too, but I was too smart.  Then I had another litter of kittens and everyone was determined to catch me, and they did.

I was scared when I first came to my foster home, but I was never mean.  Very slowly I started to relaxe and trust my foster mom.  There was a never ending supply of food and scratches which was amazing.   I've started trusting my foster mom more and more and enjoy rubbing up against her and getting scratches.  

I LOVE LOVE LOVE to play with toys (I'll even try to catch them when my foster mom gently tosses them to me) and sit on my cat trees and look out the window.  I'm great at using the litter box and cat scratchers.

One day my foster mom brought home another kitty who was in need.  Since he was friendly, she decided to see if we would like to be friends.  I loved having a new friend to hang out with, plus he is so handsome.  His name is Andre and he helps me to be just a tad bit braver each day.  I can't imagine not having Andre as a friend anymore, so we must be adopted together.

My adopter will need to be willing to give me all the time I need to adjust to a new home.  I would prefer my new home doesn't have any kids or dogs.
